Maybelline – A Story of Hope
Maybelline is a 12-year-old Buckskin Quarter Horse. She was left on a hillside without proper care, she arrived with severely overgrown hooves, a large umbilical hernia, and deep fear of trailers. Thanks to surgery, expert farrier work, and gentle retraining, Maybelline has made an incredible recovery. Her hooves are now healthy, her hernia is repaired, and she has grown much more confident loading into trailers. Sweet-natured and deeply resilient, Maybelline is now the beloved "Queen" of her herd. She is currently with a professional trainer, starting under saddle, and showing great promise as a future riding partner.

Honey – A Striking Trail Partner
Honey is a flashy 17-year-old Paint horse known for her sure-footedness on the trail. She rides best with a companion horse and shows a strong preference for male handlers. Confident and eye-catching, Honey would make a wonderful partner for an experienced rider who can build trust and companionship.

Casper – The Gentle Guardian
Casper, affectionately known as our "Grandpa," is a cherished elder at approximately 30 years old. Rescued from a Tennessee kill pen, he has dedicated his golden years to nurturing and protecting the younger horses in our care. Casper lives with Cushing’s disease, showing minimal symptoms beyond a shaggy coat, which is managed through regular clipping. His spirit remains strong and his kindness unmatched—there simply aren't many as gentle and wise as Casper.
Dolly – A Gentle Companion
Dolly is a 16-year-old mule with a kind and quiet nature. She was used for trail riding in her younger years and now lives comfortably with mild arthritis in her front legs. Pasture sound and friendly, Dolly would make a wonderful companion for another horse, offering steady companionship and a calm presence.

Blake – A True Survivor
Blake is a resilient 30+ year-old Haflinger rescued from a Louisiana kill pen in critical condition. Severely emaciated and battling pneumonia, his chances of survival were slim—but Blake’s fighting spirit prevailed. Today, Blake is thriving, thanks to a special diet and multiple daily meals. He is full of life, with an endless appetite for treats, affection, and hugs.

Joey – The Playful Spirit
Joey is a 12-year-old gaited horse rescued from a Louisiana kill pen. Endlessly curious and affectionate, he is our perpetual child—always exploring and eager to shower everyone with kisses. While not yet broke to ride, Joey thrives in companionship and shares a close bond with his best friend, Lucky.
