Lucky's Legacy aims to provide medical care, rehabilitation, and training for unwanted, abused, or neglected equines.
We aim to find them permanent, loving homes and provide sanctuary for those with issues that deem them non-adoptable.
About Our Farm
Lucky’s Legacy is a non-profit 501(c)3 horse rescue and sanctuary in Dellrose, TN. Officially founded in 2025 By Maria and Mark Ferchen. They started rescuing horses in 2019. She is a horse lover, advocate, and pleasure rider. She works tirelessly to help sick, injured, and abused horses by providing care, treatment, and training. She also works full time at Crestwood Medical Center. Her husband Mark is retired and is the main caretaker. He is on-site almost 24/7
